E-Learning
Welcome to my E-Learning portfolio! While much of my work remains proprietary, you can delve into the selection of E-Learning courses below to experience projects showcasing customized interactions and unique features.
01
EER Foundations Course
The Educational Equity & Responsiveness Foundations Course is the first module in a three-part series.
I developed this eLearning module to guide learners in reflecting on their understanding of culture and diversity.
Originally delivered as an instructor-led training, this course has been adapted into a self-paced eLearning experience. It encourages participants to explore and reflect on their cultural perspectives.
02
Best Practices for CLT Assessments
This project is designed to assist school administrators in gaining a comprehensive understanding of implementing the Collaborative Learning Team (CLT) needs assessment at their school.

I created this eLearning module to guide school leaders through the CLT assessment process and teach them how to analyze data to enhance collaboration among their staff.

Through scenario-based microlearning, users can build greater confidence in applying this tool within their schools.
03
ATD Tech Conference
This project highlights my participation in the ATD Techknowledge Conference in February 2024.

I developed this eLearning module to feature four sessions from the conference, covering topics such as artificial intelligence platforms, ROI methodologies, virtual facilitation, and AI-enhanced eLearning.

Designed as a micro-learning resource, learners have the flexibility to select the sessions that align best with their interests and needs.
04
Patience Micro-Learning
The Patience course constituted one component of a three-part micro-learning series grounded in Cobb and Krownapple's "Dignity Framework".
Through a multimedia-enriched approach, participants immersed themselves in this course to acquire various strategies aimed at enhancing their patience.
05
Andrew's Zoo
This customized concept project in Articulate Storyline demonstrates interactivity using buttons, triggers, text entry fields, and hotspots.
Moreover, the learner's experience is enriched with audio elements and assessments.
